Indonesia is one of the biggest producer of lemuru fish Sardnella Lemuru in the world it is located on one of the fishing area in Bali strait area arrests in Bali strait are Muncar and Pengambengan. Bali strait dynamic state influenced by factor oceanography like chlorophylls-a, SST, SSS, wave and wind. For those the writer analyze the condition of oceanography and crop of catch since 2008-2013 so it can be a source of definite reference as a reference to making policy in the coastal and ocean management. Oceanographic data that writer uses are secondary analysis of monthly Chlorophylls-a data and SST (Sea Surface Temperature) from Aqua Modis LV3 Satellite SSS data (Sea Surface Salinity) from Aquarius LV3 and wave and wind data comes from ECMWF. While the data catches and fishing area is the primary data comes from chairman group of fishermen. The method is used to analyze is by assessing the average of each parameter fluctuations catches up. To be able to known right time to catches the fish for fishermen. Chlorophyll-a and SST (Sea Surface Temperature) concentration during five years influence by season west season and east season. From the result of the research that SST influence to chlorophyll-a. It can be seen from does not significant relationship between SST and Chlorophyll-a concentration decline and whereas.
